Comfortable Stay with a Few Drawbacks

Had a pleasant 3-night stay in a spacious Budget Double Room. The breakfast staff were friendly, but my check-in experience was lackluster. Be cautious with your valuables. lock them away! The area can feel a bit rough at night, so stay alert while exploring.

Reasons to love it – and reasons not to

The staff were beyond fantastic! They were so helpful and accommodating. The restaurant was great for breakfast and the hotel is quiet, just two blocks from the main train station.

The area can feel sketchy at times, raising safety concerns. Additionally, the breakfast had room for improvement, with limited options on the menu.

A room upgrade surprise

The staff graciously upgraded us to a junior suite. It was spacious and beautifully decorated, making our stay quite pleasant.

However, the shower could barely fit, and I was left without proper air conditioning, which made for some uncomfortable nights.

The location close to the main train station made it super convenient for getting around. the amazing bathroom with a fantastic shower was a highlight! The clean and well-maintained spaces made our stay very pleasant.

I had a wonderful stay at the Ariston Hotel. The location near Termini station made exploring Rome super convenient. The room was comfy and clean, and the free tea and coffee in the lobby was a nice touch after a long day. The staff really stood out, particularly Francesca and Sabrina. They were incredibly helpful, especially with my needs while traveling with a kid in a wheelchair. On the downside, the decor felt a bit dated, and some areas could use a refresh. The breakfast was decent but could have offered more variety. Overall, a great home base for a family trip, but a bit of updating would go a long way.
